Who is John Hill?

I’ve been a professional skateboarder for over ten years, but despite staying active, I struggled for most of my life with anxiety, burnout, and a lack of clarity.

Everything changed when I simplified my training and started focusing on consistent bodyweight movement, mostly outdoors. That shift didn’t just change my body. It cleared a lifetime of crippling anxiety, gave me clarity around my goals, and helped me become a better husband and father.
